Automation is your friend when leveraged correctly. Connecting your system of work to others likeminded systems can maximize their efficiency and make the entire process a lot more seamless for you, which makes it one of the best investments you can make!

Any good ISA team’s goal is to be on the phones all day, booking appointments. Anything that takes their focus off this one task needs to be eliminated immediately.

But, they need a full pipeline, which means they likely have to toggle between systems to accomplish their tasks, which is wasted time that can suck your team’s productivity. Aligning your systems of work and automating your processes will shoot your productivity through the roof.
