Organize a roadmap for seamless integration of AI with multiple CRM systems.
Prepare training and marketing materials for each franchise brand.
Create and align AI scripts to each brand and franchisee.
Gather feedback from franchisees regarding the onboarding process and training materials.
Roadmap
This high-level roadmap outlines phases to achieve adoption of the AI via integration development and custom onboarding.
Phase 1
- Compliance setup for each franchise: ensure each franchise has opt-in consent or a disclaimer on all forms of communication.
- Initial 6-month pilot with Acculynks and select franchisees to support custom development of Structurely AI integration.
- Enhance existing AccuLynks integration.
- Develop integration with ServiceTitan for broader franchisee support.
- Onboard select ServiceTitan users for beta testing the new integration.
Phase 2
- Expand franchisee group by providing the Accelerator Toolkit, incentivizing more ServiceTitan users to onboard.
- Develop integration with RealGreen to support additional brands and franchises using this CRM.
- Continue onboarding franchisees using AccuLynks and ServiceTitan.
- Conduct compliance setup for each franchisee
Phase 3
- Onboard a select group of franchisees into the new RealGreen integration with refined scripting and custom onboarding.
- Develop integration with the Home Grown system to support additional brands and franchises using this CRM.
- Continue marketing to and onboarding franchisees using all existing integrated CRMs.
- Conduct compliance setup for each franchisee
Phase 4
- Onboard a select group of franchisees into the new Home Grown system integration with refined scripting and custom onboarding.
- Continue onboarding franchisees using all available integrated CRMs across all 8 brands and 400+ locations.
- Conduct compliance setup for each franchisee
