21X Brings the Agentic AI Future of Private Aviation to NBAA-BACE 2026
21X brought its agentic AI platform to NBAA-BACE 2026, where CEO Corey Welch spoke on the future of private aviation and 21X previewed a new AI concierge collaboration with FlightBridge.
October 27, 2026

21X Aviation made its presence felt at the 2026 NBAA Business Aviation Convention & Exhibition in Las Vegas this week, joining more than 17,000 attendees and 700+ exhibitors at the largest gathering in business aviation. The message 21X brought to the floor was direct: private aviation digitized years ago, but it never automated the work. That is the gap 21X is built to close, and the response confirmed the industry is ready for it. In just a few days, the team established over 100 high-quality relationships.
The appearance marks a notable moment in 21X’s growth. The company rebranded from Structurely on October 7, 2026, giving a new name to more than a decade of work helping businesses turn customer conversations into action. Backed by the power of 500 million+ human-fine-tuned conversations, 21X is now bringing its conversational AI platform to private aviation, an industry built almost entirely on information, service, and coordination.
Corey Welch on the agentic AI future
21X CEO Corey Welch took the stage to speak on where the private aviation industry is heading. His impactful talk captured the vision perfectly, and it drew one distinction the industry needs to understand: the difference between AI that answers and AI that acts. A chatbot can respond to a question. An agent can understand what is being asked, decide what needs to happen, and complete the task. That shift, from answering to acting, is where the industry changes.
Welch built on that idea. For all the software private aviation has added over the years, people are still the ones connecting it, moving between systems to pull a single trip together. His point was that this is beginning to reverse. Instead of learning how to operate every application, you tell the software what you need, and it handles the coordination for you.
He closed by reframing the concern that tends to follow any conversation about automation. Private aviation is a relationship business, a hospitality business, a trust business. The future he described is not less human, it is less human administration. Take away the repetitive coordination and the busywork, and you give people more time for the service private aviation is supposed to be known for. Systems of record are becoming systems of action.
A new collaboration with FlightBridge
21X also used the event to preview its collaboration with FlightBridge, and it puts Welch’s thesis into practice. FlightBridge is purpose-built for private aviation trip logistics, connecting aircraft operators, FBOs, and service providers across the workflows that keep a trip moving, with more than 50 integrations spanning flight scheduling and aviation systems. 21X brings the conversational AI layer on top.
Together, the two create an AI concierge experience for fixed-base operators. A customer can make a routine request across phone, text, or email in a natural conversation. 21X understands the request, gathers the relevant details, and confirms what the customer needs. FlightBridge then turns that conversation into a structured request inside the workflows FBO teams already use, where personnel review, manage, and fulfill it. The conversation happens in front; the aviation workflow runs underneath.
The value shows up most clearly after hours, when a request might otherwise sit in a voicemail until someone can return the call and enter it by hand. The concierge experience is designed to give customers an immediate, natural point of contact without pulling the operator out of the tools they rely on. The initial scenarios include hotel and rental car bookings, catering coordination, and FBO service requests. The experience is now in beta with select mutual customers, with general availability to be announced.
Looking ahead
Private aviation is uniquely suited to this shift. The winners of the next decade will not simply be the companies that add AI to their existing software. They will be the ones that make their products, and ultimately their organizations, agentic.
It was a pleasure connecting with everyone who stopped by the booth and discussed what comes next for aviation. If 21X connected with you in Las Vegas, let’s keep the conversation going.
