Structurely Is Now 21X and Launches a New Revenue Platform for Sports

The new identity reflects a broader AI engagement platform built to help businesses turn more customer conversations into revenue, beginning with a dedicated offering for sports organizations.

October 7, 2026

For more than a decade, Structurely has helped businesses respond to customers, sustain follow-up and move conversations toward meaningful action. Today, we are taking the next step in that work: Structurely is becoming 21X.

Alongside the new name, we are launching 21X SPORTS, a new business vertical owned by 21X and developed in partnership with GameAbove Sports. It brings our AI engagement infrastructure into a market where organizations have spent years building valuable fan and customer relationships, but often lack the capacity and connected systems to engage every audience consistently.

The rebrand is more than a change in identity. It reflects a broader product portfolio organized around the same commercial purpose that has guided Structurely from the beginning: turn more customer conversations into revenue by capturing demand, sustaining follow-up and moving more opportunities toward action.

Why Structurely is becoming 21X

Customer engagement has become more complex. Conversations now move across voice, SMS and email, while the systems behind those conversations are often divided among multiple point solutions. For enterprise organizations, that fragmentation creates more than a technology problem. It can slow execution, separate customer context from action and make it harder for teams to understand which opportunities need human attention.

21X is built around a more connected model. The platform brings together AI-powered engagement, voice orchestration, cross-channel communication and workflow execution in one system. AI can manage routine interactions, answer questions and identify intent, then route the right opportunities to people when judgment, expertise or relationships matter most.

The name 21X represents the company’s next phase and its ambition to multiply the value of every customer connection. That idea is captured in the new brand promise: “21X. Multiply the power of connection.”

What changes and what stays the same

For existing customers, services, integrations, support relationships and platform access will continue without interruption under the 21X name. The company moves forward with the same experienced team, established platform and client relationships, strengthened by new investment and an expanding product portfolio. The platform draws on experience from more than 500 million conversations, with human feedback used to refine performance.

What changes is the room to build. Under 21X, the company can extend its engagement infrastructure across more products, interfaces and markets while staying focused on the outcomes businesses care about: revenue growth, stronger customer experiences and more efficient operations.

“Structurely was built to help businesses create more revenue from the demand and customer relationships they already have. That focus does not change with 21X,” said Corey Welch, CEO of 21X. “What changes is the scale of what we can offer: more products, more ways to engage and more tools that help customers grow top-line revenue, improve the customer experience and operate more efficiently.”

Why sports is the first expansion

Sports organizations sit on years of valuable audience relationships. Fans have purchased tickets, attended events, browsed merchandise, joined email lists and engaged with teams in different ways over time. Yet many of those relationships become difficult to activate consistently when sales and marketing teams are balancing large databases, seasonal campaigns and limited capacity.

21X SPORTS is designed to help collegiate athletic departments, professional and minor league teams, leagues, and sports product and apparel companies pursue incremental revenue from the audiences they already have. Potential applications include:

  • Ticket sales, renewals and upgrades
  • Reengagement of lapsed buyers and inactive fans
  • Merchandise and product offers
  • Voice, SMS and email campaigns aligned around the same audience
  • Qualification and routing of interested fans or customers to team personnel

Across these use cases, AI can initiate engagement, respond to questions, identify interest, present relevant opportunities and connect qualified fans or customers with team personnel when appropriate. The purpose is not to automate every relationship. It is to give organizations the coverage and consistency to reach more people while preserving human involvement for the conversations where it creates the most value.

One platform for enterprise engagement

Enterprise organizations rarely begin with a blank technology stack. Most already manage multiple systems, vendors and communication tools. 21X SPORTS is designed to consolidate AI-powered engagement, voice, SMS, email and workflow orchestration into one platform, reducing reliance on disconnected point solutions.

That consolidation can give sales and marketing teams a clearer view of audience intent and a more coordinated way to execute campaigns. It can also help organizations serve larger audiences without increasing staffing and operating costs at the same rate. The intended result is a more responsive fan experience and more opportunities to generate ticketing, merchandise, product and other commercial revenue.

Built with sports-market experience

GameAbove Sports will contribute sports-market relationships, business development experience and sales perspective to the new offering. Its involvement will help 21X SPORTS reach organizations looking for practical ways to strengthen ticketing, merchandise and other commercial revenue programs.

“Sports organizations have invested heavily in building fan and customer relationships, but many lack the capacity to engage those audiences consistently and at scale,” said Keith J. Stone, founder and chairman of GameAbove. “21X SPORTS gives teams, leagues and sports businesses a practical way to turn more of that existing demand into commercial opportunity while creating a more responsive fan experience.”

CapStone Holdings, the parent company of 21X and GameAbove, is backing this next phase with new funding and resources. That commitment will help advance the 21X product portfolio, establish 21X SPORTS and continue the company’s long-term focus on reliable execution at enterprise scale.

Multiplying the value of connection

The transition to 21X gives a new name to the work Structurely has been doing for more than a decade and a broader foundation for what comes next. Businesses do not need more disconnected conversations or another isolated AI tool. They need engagement infrastructure that can carry context across channels, act consistently and move each conversation toward the right outcome.

21X SPORTS is the first expression of that broader vision: helping organizations turn the relationships they have already earned into better experiences, stronger commercial opportunities and more sustainable growth.
